In the pursuit of the ICT Unit has outlined the following objectives: 

  • Setting up printing quality according to the original customer within a matriarchal dikehndaki quality printed materials.
  • Ensure the PA system, auditorium and studio are always ready no later than 30 minutes prior to use when necessary and make changes immediately after receiving reports of damage.
  • Ensure course certificates are made correctly completed and submitted to the General Affairs unit trainer.
  • Maintain and ensure network and information network and multimedia communications in the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Academy Endowments Lounge always work well.
  • Ensuring the provision and distribution of examination papers set on time.

The ability to create, distribute and use knowledge and information is an important factor that led to the growth, development and improvement of service quality. Recognizing that ICT is a key driver to achieve this objective, the Academy also focuses on the use of ICT in all areas of management, education and training in line with changes in technology. National IT Agenda aimed at making the country as an information society in line with the objectives of Vision 2020, focusing on human development and increased cooperation between the public and private sectors. Thus the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Academy Endowments Lounge has established ICT Unit on May 1, 2005, to further strengthen the implementation of programs and courses at the Academy.
 
Primary role of this unit is to provide support and technical assistance in the implementation and application of ICT in courses and programs Academy as the main audio-visual documentation, filming, printing educational materials, magazine publishing, desktop pubishing, providing certificates of courses organized by the Academy and the provision of aids teaching aids like laptops, LCD and PA system.

  • Provide services and materials to complete the printing quality according to the original customer within the time period required by the quality of the printed material.
  • Provide handling services and public address equipment in the auditorium sound system control and also studio before use when necessary and make changes immediately after receiving reports of damage.
  • Providing printing services certificates for all academic courses and training centers nationwide fire.
  • Monitor and ensure network and information network and multimedia communications in the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Academy Endowments Lounge always work well.
  • Providing service print and distribute exam papers 14 days before the date of the examination for Fire Rescue Academy Malaysia Kuala Kubu Bharu and Fire and Rescue Training Centre Region Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu.
  • Printing and distribution services provide paper 2 days before the date of the examination for Fire Rescue Academy Malaysia Endowments Lounge.
